Sales and Training
Paul started working for Serac in 2011 as our Sales Manager having previously been in the IT industry for over 10 years. During his time with Serac, Paul has moved from Sales Manager to Centre Manager, building a wealth of industry knowledge along the way.
Now as General Manager, Paul is responsible for ensuring the wheels of the Serac machine are kept rolling smoothly, ensuring all the needs of our customers and staff are met.

Jenna joined Serac in 2010 as a Training Administrator dealing with all aspects of the training courses that Serac offer. In 2012, Jenna changed her role to Qualifications
Co-ordinator which involved liaising with both learners and awarding bodies from the registration for the qualification right through to the certification process.
Jenna is now the Centre Manager and is responsible for the smooth running of the centre and to ensure that the centre is compliant with all requirements.
Alongside this role, Jenna is also responsible for accounts and office management of the business.
Did you know? Jenna is a keen runner and has recently completed the Norwich 10k and is planning on tackling half a marathon in 2018.
Sophie joined the Serac team in February 2017 as an Administrative Assistance and Compliance Co-ordinator. Sophie works with our team of assessors and assists with the management of our candidates and their progression through their qualification.
Sophie ensures that any queries from either the candidate or our assessors are swiftly, and efficiently dealt with.
Did you know? Sophie is a gym enthusiast and has a Shih Tzu called George.
Heidi joined Serac in March 2016 as a Sales Co-ordinator and is responsible for the sales of vocational qualifications for waste, recycling, quarrying and laboratory industries.
Heidi is the main sales contact for all existing and new customers both big and small. She also maintains and develops business relation ships along with generating new sales.
Did you know? Heidi loves to go boxing, she is also a skilled hairdresser and beautician and loves making things in her spare time.
Charlotte started working for Serac in 2014 as a Business Administration Apprentice and since then has successfully completed her apprenticeship and has been involved within all areas of the business.
Charlotte settled into a permanent role as our Training Co-ordinator and is responsible for all classroom based training courses. Charlotte is responsible for managing all of our training courses from sales to certification.
Did you know? Charlottes all-time favourite dinner is turkey dinosaurs with curly fries and beans.
Jane has been with Serac since early 2014 in the role of Operations Administrator. Jane's daily responsibilities include registering new candidates for their qualifications, claiming certificates when portfolios are completed, liaising with assessors and clients on day to day operational issues and ensuring the centre is compliant with the awarding bodies in relation to the assessor's paperwork.
