Sales and Training
Rich Joined SERAC in August 2019 as Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing the assessors, ensuring that both assessors and learners are progressing their qualifications in a timely manner yet also complying with all awarding body regulations. Rich will also be implementing an e-portfolio system within the business to improve the qualification process.
Rich has over 17 years’ experience as a VQ assessor and mobile plant trainer in the extractive industry, having worked for Aggregate Industries, Foster Yeoman and more recently Tarmac.
Did you know? Rich is a bass owner in a band in Somerset called Springloaded and has attended Glastonbury festival every year since 1987.
Jenna joined Serac in 2010 as a Training Administrator dealing with all aspects of the training courses that Serac offer. In 2012, Jenna changed her role to Qualifications
Co-ordinator which involved liaising with both learners and awarding bodies from the registration for the qualification right through to the certification process.
Jenna is now the Centre Manager and is responsible for the smooth running of the centre and to ensure that the centre is compliant with all requirements.
Alongside this role, Jenna is also responsible for accounts and office management of the business.
Did you know? Jenna is a keen runner and has recently completed the Norwich 10k and is planning on tackling half a marathon in 2018.
Qualifications Administration Assistant
Sarah joined the Serac team in February 2019 as Qualifications Administration Assistant. Sarah provides valuable support to the team by ensuring everyone gets all their correct documentation on time, from their portfolios at the start of their qualifications to their certificates when they have completed.
Did you know? In her spare time Sarah sings with a band and once hand-fed a fever of stingrays. Sarah also lives in hope of meeting Keanu Reeves.
Charlotte started working for Serac in 2014 as a Business Administration Apprentice and since then has successfully completed her apprenticeship and has been involved within all areas of the business.
Charlotte settled into a permanent role as our Training Co-ordinator and is responsible for all classroom based training courses. Charlotte is responsible for managing all of our training courses from sales to certification.
Did you know? Charlottes all-time favourite dinner is turkey dinosaurs with curly fries and beans.
Jane has been with Serac since early 2014 in the role of Operations Co-ordinator. Jane's daily responsibilities include registering new candidates for their qualifications, claiming certificates when portfolios are completed, liaising with assessors and clients on day to day operational issues and ensuring the centre is compliant with the awarding bodies in relation to the assessor's paperwork.
