SERAC can provide appropriately qualified personnel to your site(s) in order that an operator can comply with the minimum attendance requirements for ‘a competent person’ as required by the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2007 or the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994.

While on site providing support, SERAC’s ‘Competent Personnel’ holder can be used to assess another member of the employer’s staff if required, so that the operator has more of its own competent personnel in place going forward.
