SERAC works closely with larger organisations, to help them manage their own ‘in-company’, or ‘in-house’, NVQ assessment requirements.
Such organisations have so many NVQ assessments taking place throughout the year that they may well have their own in-company assessor on their permanent staff.
SERAC can take responsibility for delivering the specialist knowledge required by such members of staff as part of the ongoing management of our own assessor network. This removes from the in-company assessor’s employer, the worry of having to ensure that their specialist is up to date. SERAC guarantees to do it for them.
We will incorporate these people into our own programme, to make sure that they receive continuous professional development, and are up to date on current assessor standards and best practice.
