SERAC works closely with larger organisations to help them manage their own ‘in-company’ or ‘in-house’ NVQ assessment requirements. Such organisations have so many NVQ assessments taking place throughout the year that they may well have their own in-company assessor on their permanent staff.
SERAC can take responsibility for delivering the specialist knowledge NVQ management and administration required for such members of staff as part of SERAC’s Centre infrastructure. This removes from the in-company assessor’s employer, the worry of having to ensure that their specialist is kept up to date. SERAC guarantees to do it for them.
We incorporate these personnel into our own Centre systems, to make sure that they receive continuous professional development, and are up to date on current assessor standards and best practice.
