This intensive two day course is designed to equip Learners with a knowledge and understanding of the EU and UK legislative structure, current environmental and safety legislative requirements, and the methods of enforcement within the waste and resource management industries.

Introduction

No company or organisation can afford to neglect the law, but many companies still do not realise the full extent of their obligations under environmental and safety legislation. Lack of knowledge is no protection for either a company or an individual.  This course aims to cover the key legislative requirements that are required.

This course seeks to address the need for business and the regulators, in order to gain an appreciation of applicable environmental and safety legislation and the principle actions they should typically take to ensure they are legally compliant.
