FUNDING

Serac UK through its relationships with its partners enjoys access to a variety of potential funding initiatives for all qualifying learners.

Where candidates and businessess are eligible for funding Serac UK will provide all the relevant advice. If Serac UK can access the funding on your behalf we will, or in the event we can not, we will direct you to where you should be able to access it. Serac UK will deal where possible with all the necessary administration on behalf of the employer.  Some schemes may require special delivery approaches or have other qualifying criteria - we will advise employers of these at the outset and make the process as simple as possible for you.

Work Placed Learning - Serac UK has a limited access to funding for level 2 work placed learning qualifications (subject to learner eligibility). Popular qualifications gained using this funding include QCF Level 2 Mobile Plant, QCF Level 2 Process Operations, and Level 3 Weighbridge qualifications. For further information please call 0844 800 8828 or e-mail enquiries@serac.co.uk

Apprenticeships - these have proven the way to train your workforce.  Apprenticeships can make your workforce more effective, productive and competitive by addressing the skills gaps directly, even in uncertain economic times.  Apprenticeships can be unique to a sector e.g. Waste or Extractives, or can be generic across sectors e.g. engineering or business administration.  A summary of the two frameworks Serac UK currently offer can be found here.  If you are interested in taking on Apprenticeships please call us on 0844 800 8828 or e-mail enquiries@serac.co.uk
